SANCTUM YOGA & PILATES

Through a gentle yoga asana practice and guided meditation, one can deeply feel the sensations of the body, ground through breathwork and regain clarity of mind, qualities that are needed in our busy (modern) lives.
The space offers a full experience of Wellness and one can choose to end the session with a visit to the Spa. To take full advantage of the benefits of Sanctum Yoga, we recommend making our classes a structured habit. Regularity and perseverance are key in creating healthy habits and changes.
During these classes we focus on intentional breathing, meditation and gentle flow, with no focused goal but to relax and regulate the nervous system.
Our enthusiastic and experienced yoga teacher Vika has been practicing yoga herself for over ten years. She has been teaching since 2018 and is a certified 500 Hatha Yoga YTT & 100 YTT Prenatal Yoga Teacher.
Diana studied sports and medicine at the Lithuanian Sports University in Kaunus. With a degree in physiotherapy and a completed training as a breathing meditation facilitator she uses her knowledge to bring balance to body and mind.
