Housed on the Vrijthof in the modern annex of Maison Haas Hustinx, Sanctum Spa offers a sauna, hammam, swimming pool and experience showers. To provide you with a peaceful and exclusive experience, our spa is limited to a maximum of 6 persons at a time and are children under the age of 14 not allowed entrance. We recommend you make a booking well in advance to secure an availability.

Hotel guests pay 25,- EUR per person for the entire stay, regardless of the number of nights. When you book a treatment you will receive complimentary spa access.
THERMAL CYCLE
Experience the healing powers of thermal cycles to open your pores, cleanse your body from accumulated toxins and boost your body’s self-healing mechanisms.
I. SURFACE CLEANSE
Shower and cleanse your body from external toxins.
II. HEAT
Expose your body to intense heat for 5-15 minutes in our hammam or sauna. Close your eyes and enjoy diving into a meditative state. As the heat begins to increase you will start to sweat, opening your pores and allowing your body to discard unwelcome toxins.
III. COLD SHOCK
Step under the cold shower for 10-60 seconds. The quick transition from hot to cold will close your pores, stimulate circulation, and release adrenaline.
IV. BALANCE
Enter the pool of 28 degrees celsius to slowly regain your body’s temperature. Release all your muscles and use the buoyancy of the water to float aimlessly.
V. RESTORE
Relax in the meditation spaces under the glass skylight. Use this space to transition yourself out of the cocoon and into the world again.
Repeat this cycle 3 times for optimal results to feel calm and energized.

Whether you are planning a retreat with your significant other, friends or family, you can book a private spa package. This includes private access to the pool, sauna and hammam facilities located at level -2 for 2 hours. This package is available for groups of maximum 6 persons.
